Photoshop Elements Fun - (Grades 5-7)

Explore the program and create magazine quality images.  Digital camera pictures, scanned images, and internet graphics will be  manipulated.  Original graphics and animations will also be created..


Lego Robotics - (Grades 5-7) - FULL (5/29/08)

Kids, Legos, and computers make a great combination! Students in this class will be involved in planning, building and programming robots designed to compete in speed racing, tug-of-war, and "Sumo-Bot" competition. Maximum of 16 participants. Two students per robot kit.

Virtual Vacation - Mysteries of Egypt - (Grades 5-7)

Pack your bags and go back in time to uncover the mysteries of Ancient Egypt.  Research the pyramids, King Tut, Hieroglyphics, and Mummies THEN create your very own "home" movie showcasing your discoveries using iMovie, Photoshop Elements, and the Internet.


BASIC Programming - (Grades 7-9)

Learn to create professional-looking, fun Windows applications using the Visual BASIC programming language. Students will learn to write computer programs that utilize the input/output, decision making, and looping control structures. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills will also be incorporated.
