PhotoJournalism - (Grades 7-9)

Explore the basics of journalistic photography by creating images that tell stories. Students will take photos using digital cameras, download the images onto a computer, format them using Adobe Photoshop, and place them on a web page using Adobe Dreamweaver. They will also write captions and/or short stories to go with their photos to create an online newspaper issue.


GarageBand - (Grades 5-7)

GarageBand is a software application that allows the creation of music. GarageBand uses thousands of pre-recorded sample music clips that can be used to create songs. This course offers beginning level instruction on how to use tools in GarageBand. A basic understanding of GarageBand will be reached by the end of the course.

iMovie - (Grades 5-7) - FULL (5/23/08)

Learn the basics of iMovie as you create your own movie. Editing clips, making transitions, adding text, special effects and music are all part of the excitement. Steven Spielberg, move over! Save your finished movie and share it with friends.
